Storm Water Master Plan Update

City of Miami, Florida
Served as lead on the project tasked to work with City staff and Professional Consultants to plan, coordinate and conduct public outreach activities to educate and engage the public on the importance of the storm water system and integration of Miami Forever Bond resilience projects. 

Sustainability Action Plan​

City of Sunrise, Florida
Served as lead on the project tasked to work with City staff to plan, coordinate, conduct a number of public workshop meetings with residents and the business community, conducted resident & business surveys, developed communications/social media campaigns to engage the public and promote the plan. 

Capital Improvement Projects 

Miami-Dade Water & Sewer 
​Provided public involvement services to inform local communities of upcoming projects capital improvement projects. Specifically, for 42” Water Transmission Main between Biscayne Boulevard NE 5th Street to Port of Miami and North Miami.

​Central Bayshore South 
Provided outreach support to City staff for the coordination and planning of a community open house for the residents of Central Bayshore South neighborhood.  

Sea Level Rise Adaptation
​& Risk Assessment

Village of Key Biscayne
Served as lead on the project tasked to plan, coordinate, conduct and moderate (2) public town hall style meetings present the results of a resident survey, review the final flood projections and adaptation plan, and engaged in planning for next steps with residents and the Village. 

Design Services for

Miami-Dade County Public Works  
Provide public involvement services specifically for NW 58th Street in Doral, Florida and West Dixie Hwy, North Miami, Florida. 

Outreach Program for
​Miami-Dade County

South Florida Water
​Management District 
Served as the community outreach consultant to the South Florida Water Management District in Miami-Dade County for community outreach on flood control and canal refurbishment projects.

Miami-Dade Science Museum Construction Project

Provided support to Suffolk Construction for the coordination and the planning of a Certified Small Business matchmaking event to inform local contractors of construction opportunities available to small firms as part of the project

2040 Long Range Transportation Plan Study

Miami-Dade MPO 
Provided support with the 2040 Transportation Plan Study to provide the Miami-Dade MPO with innovative marketing campaign options to encourage the general public to use Miami-Dade Transit. 

 Marlins Stadium Site Parking 

City of Miami, Florida
Served as project PIO and Community Liaison for Suffolk Construction for the Marlins Stadium Site Parking project. Provided research, communication plans, coordinated outreach events for area residents and local DBE’s and SBE’s certified firms in Miami-Dade County. ​
